Ionian Pharma is a family business based in Athens. It was founded in 1982 by its present owner Nikolaos Stephanatos. Currently, market its products in Greece but it targets to expand its activities at international level.
Ionian Pharma order to adapt to the challenges of the future, has changed its strategic direction to new products and markets and is planning to expand its operation to the production of pharmaceutical probiotic products.
For the past two years Ionian Pharma has been heavily invested to increase its operating efficiency and capacity. To this extend it has relocated its premises to a new and modern location and automated its activities by installing an integrated ERP system.
In addition it has acquired a site plant in order to establish a modern pharmaceutical probiotic production facility.
